When you think of cities with the largest buildings in the United States, you probably don’t immediately think of Philadelphia. But that is about to change. Construction on a 59 story building began in 2014 and is set to open this year.

The impressive building, named the Comcast Innovation and Technology Center, will be the new home for NBC, Telemundo and The Four Seasons Hotel. It was designed by architect Lord Norman Foster of Foster + Partners. Foster describes the block-long lobby as a “window on Philadelphia.”

When finished, the Comcast Innovation and Technology Center will be the tallest building in the United States outside of New York and Chicago. It is expected to cost 1.2 billion dollars when completed and will offer 1.7 million square feet of rentable space.
