Dave Martin
Dave started Remodeling Concepts to provide a business that could offer unique custom crafted solutions to homeowners.
Dave believes that most companies can perform a customer’s desired work, but not all can make it a great experience. From the initial phone call, through completion and years to come, Dave’s priority is making sure the customer feels they have received value and a long lasting, quality project.
Dave lives in Ivyland with his wife, Liz, his two sons, Keags and Finn, and his two dogs, Isla and Oliver.
Dave loves being out on the water spending time with family and friends.

Tatyana Salas
Tatyana has been with Remodeling Concepts since 2015 as our Production Manager when she moved here from California with her twin boys and her chihuahua, Emily.
Tatyana’s favorite part of her job is being involved with each customer from start to finish, which is rewarding to her as she is able to see the sparkle in our customers eyes when they see the beautiful work that we have done to their home.
Tatyana is a huge Eagles and Flyers fan and loves spending time with her family.

Mark Lopergolo
Mark has been with Remodeling Concepts since 2014 as our Project Consultant and has been in the home improvement industry for over 20 years.
Mark believes in providing clients with the highest quality workmanship and craftsmanship, using the finest materials, at the most affordable price. He firmly believes that all quotes and work are to be done with the utmost honesty and integrity.
Mark’s quote that he lives by: “No project is complete until our clients are 100% Satisfied.”
Jess Schoell
Jess is the newest addition to the Remodeling Concepts Family and has been with us since 2019 as our Administrative Assistant!
Jess loves helping people. Whether it’s by helping someone book an appointment, helping her team with a project, or suggesting the best places to get food in the area.
Jess loves to travel and explore new places in her free time. Her favorite place that she has traveled to was Scotland while she was in college during one of their worst snowstorms in history.

Josh Painley
Josh has been with the Remodeling Concepts team since 2019 as our Sales Manager!
While attending high school in central PA, Josh started his journey into home remodeling by laboring with a mentor, renovating rental properties. After graduating from West Chester University, he immersed himself in the exterior realm of construction and became a member of the Remodeling Concepts team.
His favorite part of working with the Remodeling Concepts family is being able to help our clients design and achieve their dream home so that it not only looks great, but endures the test of time.

Mike Losse
Mike has been with the Remodeling Concepts team since 2012 when he started out on our team part time. After years of experience and time with Remodeling Concepts, he is now our Exterior Supervisor!
Mike is a big outdoorsman which makes being outside his favorite part of his job. He is a big Flyers fan and his favorite food is Mexican with cheesesteaks from Steve’s Prince of Steaks coming as a close second.
He has been a volunteer firefighter for the last 15 years and we thank him greatly for his service!
Mike Touey
Mike has been with the Remodeling Concepts family since 2017 as our Carpenter!
Mike is a big sports fan and is a huge Eagles and Flyers fan. He also loves spending time with his family and enjoys playing golf in his free time.
His favorite part of working with the Remodeling Concepts family is having the opportunity to learn and grow both his skills and relationships with our team.
